Our desire is to share with you the overwhelming joy
and peace we have known in our lives since accepting
Christ as our Savior.

Are you looking for fulfillment through your job, hobby
or that right person in your life?

We tried all that for too many years.  Bob had success,
by most people's standards, in the night clubs and was financially set, but there was a void.  Likewise, Darleen spent many years in competitive skating and working for a big corporation.  There comes a time in our lives when we've had enough heartbreak, rejection, loss of loved ones, or other trial with our health, etc., where we come to face the reality of where we're going when we leave this earth.  Many rely on religion, as Darleen did for many years, but that did not give her assurance of a home in heaven.  Many churches no longer "or never did" preach the gospel.  When she questioned her former pastor about what "born again" meant to him, he told her she was reborn when she was baptized as a baby.   The Bible says, "Repent and then be baptized" (Acts 2:38).  Repentance is acknowledging you're a sinner, which we all are, (Romans 3:10 "As it is written there is none righteous, no not one" and Romans 3:23 "For all have sinned and come short of the glory of God"), and turning from our ways to Christ's way.  God loved us so much that while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us (Romans 5:8).  Because of the original sin in the garden of Eden, death was passed upon all men, That sounds pretty bleak, but there is a way out.

However, it's up to us individually to accept or reject Christ

"For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal
life through Jesus Christ our Lord."
                                                                     Romans 6:23

"That if thou shalt confess with the mouth of the Lord Jesus
that God hath raised Him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.

For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and
with the mouth confession is made unto salvation."

                                                                    Romans 19:9-10

Religious rituals and all of our goodness will not save us.  Check out John 3:1-7 where Jesus explained this to Nicodemus, who was a high priest.  A prayer will not do it either, unless you have truly repented of your ways.  When you truly repent, you will become a new creature in Christ.  (II Cor. 5:17 "Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature; old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.").  Do not try to clean up your own life.  Go to Christ just as you are --you will be forgiven if you repent.  Then let God take charge of your life and allow Him to show you His plan for you.  Find a good Bible believing church (God commands that we have fellowship with other believers) and study His word.

What you must do:

*Admit your need.  (I am a sinner).

*Be willing to turn from sin (Repent).

*Believe that Jesus Christ died for you on the cross.

*Through prayer, invite Jesus to come in and control your heart and life.
(receive Him as Savior and Lord).

Suggested Prayer:

"Dear Father, I know that I am a sinner and need your forgiveness.  I believe that Jesus died for
my sin.  I am willing to turn form sin.  I now ask Jesus Christ to come into my heart and life as
my personal Savior.  I am willing, by God's grace, to follow and obey Christ as the Lord of my heart
     and life."

Now that you're walking with Christ, the first step of obedience is to be baptized.  This signifies your death to your old life (as you're immersed) and your new life in Christ (symbolizing His death and resurrection).

We pray that our ministry has been a blessing and inspiration to you.  Our doctrine is not based on traditions of men, but are found in the Bible, which is the inspired word of God.
